We had a ramp installed through the Medicaid waiver back in December/January, can’t remember when and it was not right. It was actually dangerous for my son. Mark came out and even commented that he didn’t know why that was installed and yes, it was not right. He said that for our particular situation, we needed a concrete ramp!!! That is exactly what I wanted to begin with. Well. This past Saturday he had one of his concrete vendors come out and do the ramp. OMG!!!!! I went outside to make sure that we were on the same page as to what was going to be done. Not only did this man confirm but he went on to explain what he would have to do in order to meet ADA requirements for ramps. I was not only impressed but thankful. He and his crew of 2 men were awesome and I would hire them to do work in my house again!!!!!! Thank you Mark for sending these angels to my house to do the work that was needed.
